Young Dealership Program
The young dealers program is designed to promote station staff to the dealership position.
For Eligibility, one must have been employed in one of our service stations for at least 2 years and have been a supervisor for over a year, regardless of your previous position with us (pump attendant, shop attendant)
Candidates will be selected through rigorous professional procedures, following a continuous assessment program.
